As educators, we face these difficult conversations with children every day, and many times, we lose, and indeed, the conclusion will be, well, I am the adult, and he is the child, and of course, it is difficult to agree.

However, what happens when that difficulty arises in your critical conversations with adults? The ability to develop critical conversations that have a happy ending and obtain the expected result requires improving skills that we must begin to train as soon as possible.

For the development and acceptance of my innovative project, I have had to prepare what could be critical conversations. Although I am eager to learn more and acquire more incredible skills, I am now more intentional and effective in approaching conversations.
