What if instead of grading the teacher's performance according to the grades obtained, the student's growth is evaluated from many angles?

Sounds romantic, right? The good news is that this new learning revolution, where there are more and more questions and evaluations of traditional methods, is beginning to formulate different ways of teaching.

For the first time, we are talking about mental health and growth in learning models; we are a new generation of educators willing to explore all possibilities before passing judgment on students.

Passion, imagination, and obstacles are the primary motivators to want to learn something; maintaining these three principles in a classroom is not easy, but believe me it is not impossible.

Most importantly, you must first find your passion and transmit it to your students, and you may find things as curious as students who only want to learn because you are very relaxed or because school is their safe place.
