Fascinating.

When I read the Concepts of Educational Technology assignment in the summer, I imagined many technological terms; I do not know why I thought of hardware and software! I am fascinated with the concept of Mindset and the growth and evolution of the learning system based on how we nourish and stimulate the mind.

In each of the 5302 assignments, my heart, soul, and most sincere thoughts are printed; it has been like self-analyzing and questioning what I am doing and where I am going.

Two months ago, when I heard the word influencer, I imagined a group of young people like my daughter (20) who taught me how to apply makeup and talk about music on YouTube; well, Leading Organization Change changed me! After reading the book Influencer, I understood that the word does not refer only to these young people that I associated with, no!! It refers to a broader concept in which we can all be included; of course, we are influencers daily in our families and jobs. Now the question is, how are we doing it? I understood that my influence on the lives of my students is total, and therefore, my actions, my words, and the development of my class must always be based on how I will transform their lives.

Now, I see from the most uncomplicated planning in my classroom with new eyes, the curriculum, the rotations, the evaluations, and even my way of speaking with my students has changed.

Before starting the Master's, I had several concerns in my head, but I was without direction and Knowledge. Once again, Knowledge is power! Agree.

Expressions like, it is not possible, I did not achieve it, or I am not suitable for this disappeared from my daily language. I have had a reengineering in my mind; once you begin to develop your personal life under concepts of Mindset, Growth, and the power of Not yet, it is inevitable that this new way of thinking and acting will not impact your work life.

Teachers have enormous power to influence students. It is in our hands to change paradigms and influence those young brains with positive thoughts that, in turn, form mentally healthy adults.

For this assignment, the collaborations with my team have had an additional ingredient not present during the summer: we were on vacation, so the examples of the daily experiences with our students were kept a secret.

However, now we have been able to learn, reflect, and contribute thanks to our daily lives; we are all elementary school teachers, we are all Hispanic, we are in bilingual classes, we are all mothers, so we have many points in common.

However, interestingly, we have discovered that our system of teaching and interacting with students is different, and how good! That has allowed us to learn differently, share resources, adopt styles, and even eliminate old habits.

We will always have aspects to improve; concerning the points of improvement that we proposed in the past assignments, we have fulfilled them, and now I consider that we have several points of improvement:
