Yet!! Provide the possibility of a ... .we're working on it,, defy the requirement and lack of flexibility of standardized test and patterns of evaluation in which if you get an A you fail. Every time a student feels like they didn’t make it….but... .that they are in this process, their minds and capabilities are developing, It gives the feeling of… each time being closer to their goal and the process can be pleasant and enriching.

Challenge the students to learn every day and infinite learning can give high results.

My lessons now are focused on what the objective is, where we want to go, and that every day we will accomplish it, there are incentives, contests, challenges, and anything creative for developing minds.

Adapting to these ways of teaching will not only accomplish better incentives in evaluations but also drastic changes in the approach to not only academic challenges but in life as well.
