What to innovate?

Whenever we say that kids nowadays are smarter o that they’re better prepared, we are referring to how the new generations have more and better ways of learning.

Education, just like medicine or engineering, requires constant innovation; the old ways of teaching aren’t sustainable, and education has to be intentional. We have to prepare the students, so their analytic and critical thinking is constantly being developed.

In my school, we’re still not as prepared, and with few resources to incorporate technology, working 30 minutes per day in applications without an objective and a clear following isn’t digital learning.

However, my school is very open-minded to new ideas and proposals that allow us to grow continuously; therefore, this is in our hands.

And when this happens, the teachers that wouldn’t want to get involved and change their ways of teaching will go somewhere else.

I’m highly optimistic about the influence of the Master in my teaching environment, I have many ideas, and I’m excited to get started on my projects.
