As educators, having a changed mentality not only benefits the personal and professional development of the teacher as a person and professional, but the impact on students is direct. Developing in students from an early age the mindset of change and growth as part of a great learning plan with purpose will result in better people, students, professionals, and society.

For years, society has classified failure as the inability to achieve the expected outstanding result. Mindset contradicts this theory and states that the brain constantly learns, and the mentality of change includes failure as a necessary part of achieving success.

When and How often will you promote the Growth mindset?

When? Right away

How often? It must be constant; it has no end.

It is normal and part of the change of mentality to go from one state to another. However, just like training any muscle, the brain and mind require continuous training; constantly growing, maturing, and learning must be a common language and fully implemented.

How will the Growth mindset influence or impact your work in this course and the program?

It uncovered my brain! Reading the Mindset book last class and learning the COVA technique opened a window that was closed for a long time and only opened occasionally.

I thought that abilities and strengths come from birth or experiences in the early years; now, everything looks different, and my role as a teacher has also changed, not only in my classroom but in my way of teaching and Integrating with my colleagues.

I am passionate about Mindset; I never tire of reading, studying, watching videos, and thinking about how my brain and mind change.
