Assess Digital Learning
A teacher's effectiveness does not come solely from the grades students earn in a class. Effectiveness comes from the connections students can make to solve real-life problems or even discover improved ways to address a need. Sometimes, this is easy to measure, but other times, it takes an intensive study to determine effectiveness. Action Research is precisely that: an intensive study in which educators measure the effectiveness of their practices. Based on the results, educators plan improvements, and research continues to be carried out cyclically.
