It is funny how people who do not work as educators mention things like you have three months of paid vacation and rest every holiday. And so many other unfair comments and very far from reality; being a Teacher is challenging, exhausting, and requires you to put your heart at the service of 20 mini people who are not your family; wow! After reflecting on this, I understood that creating support networks is essential to succeed in this profession; you need not only learning networks but also personal networks that understand your difficulties, who have experienced them, and who can provide solutions.
When reading the ten reasons every teacher should have a learning network, I identified with all of them and understood that they are an essential part of achieving success.
They are like plants; you must care for them, make them grow, be intentional, and be present so they grow more daily.
