The end or the beginning of the journey?

When writing this last reflection, I always thought that I would be euphoric and feel rest and happiness to finish the Master. However, today, April 27, I feel that this is just the beginning.

It is uninhabitable to feel homesick. It was 10 assignments, 12 months, 5 teachers, thousands of hours of research, write, work, purchasing memberships (Kiddle, Grammarly, etc.), learning to use Wix, Canva, Canvas, Capcut, and YouTube, and well, wow, I am not the same as I was 12 months ago.

These last two assignments have been mainly due to feelings of nostalgia, reflecting on everything that has happened in these months, which has been not only reflective but very revealing.

I am sure that the journey continues after  Saturday, May 11; I want my innovation project to really solve the problem raised, I want to continue creating digital projects, and I want to continue learning.

Thank you, Dr Sue and Dr B, for your high standards of professional excellence, wise advice, and timely contributions.

It was the first time the innovation proposal had to be really put in order and tested, and many things were good; from the beginning, the Typing proposal was strong and attacked a real problem; being a constant problem, the solutions are widely accepted proposals.

Recording the videos was a professional challenge, and I know that this is an area that still needs to be developed. I am excited by how much I have learned.

The research on Keyboarding Benefits showed me how little dissemination there is of this beautiful skill; typing is considered something for older people, something that grandparents did, and finding that its development leads to cognitive development and the acquisition of other academic benefits, really motivated me to keep spreading it.

In one of the feedbacks, Dr. Sue said something that resonated with me: You can't imagine the amount of material you have in your eportfolio that supports your ideas.

I had to stop and start looking at it part by part, read and reread, and watch the videos, blogs, contributions, and even the references again. Almost an hour passed, and I kept opening links and windows, and I understood what she told me.

It's easy to assume that synthesizing or summarizing would be a breeze, given that the work has already been done. However, I found it to be quite challenging. Perhaps it was because with each assignment, I would pause to reflect on my Journey from the beginning, still harboring doubts about my project. This is where the true value of 5320 shines through for me. It's a precious tool that allows me to retrace my steps, enabling me to plan my next moves more effectively.

Finally, I want to thank my team. We are totally opposite in many things, but we all have the same goal: to learn and take bilingual education to another level.
